I have over 8 years of professional experience working across the international NGO's and banking sectors. I previously worked with Welthungerhilfe (WHH) International, where I held roles in Project Coordination, Field Monitoring, and IT Support.

In the banking sector, I have worked with Somali international banks, Amal Bank, where my responsibilities included Marketing, Sales, and Product Launch.

IT Technical Support & Systems Administration

I possess strong technical skills in IT support, including data recovery, Windows PC password recovery and unlocking, operating system installation, systems administration, Windows Server administration, and advanced use of Microsoft 365 communication tools.

I have advanced skills in data analytics, covering the entire data workflow, including data collection, data cleaning, data visualization, reporting, data storytelling, and professional data presentations.
